Kaumudi Goda: An Intrepid Leader Daring To Take The Leap
The Microsoft founder Bill Gates observed that success today requires the agility and drive to constantly rethink, reinvigorate, react, and reinvent. The first step towards thriving in this rapidly changing world is to accept and embrace change. Embracing change is tough. The journey can be overwhelming when what is familiar and true becomes irrelevant and the new normal feels alien.
"It’s a real pleasure working with KG. She has advised me on career transition challenges. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive and positive, be it online or face-to-face. Due to her dual background in law and HR, and her professional experience in different settings including entrepreneurship, I have always appreciated a very sharp mind, a real sense of perspective, a crisp choice of words in her formulations. She has a way of helping clarify thought process and identifying solutions together. I have enjoyed her caring and bright personality in all our interactions. That makes KG a fantastic executive coach and career strategist. I’d very very strongly recommend her."
