Kaumudi has established herself as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging expert through her extensive work in the field with corporate and individual clients across the APAC and EMEA regions. She speaks on “Bias, Inclusion, Technology and Global Leadership”, “Navigating Difficult Conversations” and “Business for Good”.
Kaumudi is the Co-Chair for KeyNote – Women Speakers’ directory, a global non-profit organization focussed on bringing greater diversity on speaking stages across the world. In 2020, she co-founded the The Inclusive Leaders Institute with a mission to make organisations everywhere inclusive, equitable and people focussed. Kaumudi was recognized as the “Business APAC Influential Women Leader of 2020”. She is an award- winning public speaker, executive coach, trainer, and facilitator.
