Kaumudi

Bio

Kaumudi Goda (KG) is an award-winning public speaker, executive coach, consultant, trainer, and facilitator. 

Kaumudi has helped transform organizations in Asia, Europe, and North America as a trusted business advisor, change leader, human capital strategist, conflict management specialist, and DEIB expert. She has extensive global experience in stakeholder management, sustainable business development, and P&L responsibilities.

 

Before embarking on her career in human capital, Kaumudi practiced as an attorney at law in the United States with an LLM from the University of Virginia. She has an MBA from the Indian School of Business and is currently licensed to practice law in India and the US. She is currently pursuing doctoral research on sustainability at the intersection of law, people, and business.
 

Kaumudi was recognized as the “Business APAC Influential Women Leader of 2020” and featured in Financial Times London, Asian Entrepreneur, Times of India, and the Hindu. She is an award-winning public speaker, executive coach, trainer, facilitator, and best-selling author.

In 2020, Kaumudi co-founded The Inclusive Leaders Institute with a mission to make organizations everywhere inclusive, equitable, and people-focussed. She serves as the senior advisor for Sustainability in Business and Human Capital special interest groups for ISB. Kaumudi was recognized by Business APAC magazine as a “Business APAC Influential Women Leader of 2020”.

Kaumudi has established herself as an expert in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging; Negotiation and Difficult Conversation; Career Development; Employee Engagement; and Conflict Management through her extensive work in the field with corporate and individual clients across North America, APAC and EMEA regions.
